Zanzibar Palace Hotel. This place is great. The Zanzibar Palace Hotel is a small, nine-room hotel with modern comforts and designs that reflect Zanzibar’s rich past. The designs are a mix of Arabian, Indian, and English styles. Each room is decorated in its own unique way, with many antiques from the area, magical beds, Persian rugs, bright silks, and other things. We really like this hotel if you want to stay in the middle of Stone Town.

Because it’s owned by a Dutch couple named Co and Frans, it feels very much like home. The place has all the modern conveniences you could want, but it also has all the charm of a classic Stone Town hotel. It has a restaurant with great food and a beautiful, calm spa that is a great place to unwind after a day of exploring this old city.

The large rooms and suites all have names and are very different from one another. Each room’s style shows a different part of Zanzibar’s rich cultural history, such as Arabic, European, or Swahili. Each room also has a different view of Stone Town, with the best view being from the suite on the top floor’s open private deck.

All of Zanzibar’s activities can be planned from Zanzibar Palace, which is conveniently placed right in the middle of the island. Whether you want to go on a spice tour or look for colobus monkeys in Jozani Forest National Park, The Zanzibar Palace Hotel is a great place to stay while you explore the island and all it has to offer.
